Ask the requesting organization which authorized Georgia procedure it needs before adding other products. The FBI service linked here lets a person review their own history; it is not the employment or licensing request route.
For your own name-based Georgia history, contact a sheriff or police department for its requirements; GCIC does not conduct name-based checks. For another person’s consented history, supply the prescribed signed consent with full name, address, Social Security number and birth date.
For Georgia felony convictions only, consent is not required: use Georgia Felon Search or ask local law enforcement, supplying full name, race, sex and birth date. This narrower product is not a complete criminal-history check.
For an agency-directed fingerprint check, follow its GAPS instructions and bring valid photo ID. Georgia residents seeking a personal fingerprint check can use the GAPS service-code route; ask GCIC for registration help if unsure. Check that route’s fee instead of assuming one statewide price.
For an inaccurate entry, ask the submitting agency to send the documentation needed for a GCIC correction; contact the court about a missing or wrong disposition. To dispute identity or accuracy, follow GCIC’s fingerprint-comparison process.
